Direct warehouse supply for shops and homes

SHYNYI TSENTR TOV keeps auto parts, everyday non-food stock, and exclusive home pieces on its own Dnipro floors, then sells them factory-direct — to workshops and shops, and to private buyers at the door.

Loading bay in Dnipro with mixed pallets of household goods, auto parts, and home furnishings

Direct-to-business · Direct-to-consumer

Two doors from the same floor

One warehouse, two sales paths. Trade partners draw pallet quantities at a written net price. Households order single pieces and receive them at the address they give.

D2B

Direct to business

Workshops, retail points, and corporate buyers order auto components and everyday non-food goods without a trading company in the middle. Pallet and mixed-SKU lists leave Hoholia Street with a fixed price, not a catalog figure that shifts by the hour.

Stock sits on our racks, so a service bay can lock a parts list and a shop can restock household lines from the same brief.

D2C

Direct to consumer

Private buyers shop exclusive home furnishings and interior objects that share the premises. Orders are picked by hand and sent to the door — no marketplace seller, no extra hop through a regional distributor.

A household can add a carton of consumables to a furniture piece in one conversation. Staff assemble both on the same packing table.

15 vul. Hoholia

A holding on Hoholia Street

SHYNYI TSENTR TOV is a Dnipro company that opened in 2025. The office and stock sit at 15 vul. Hoholia, postal code 49000, in Dnipropetrovska oblast. The holding buys from manufacturers and holds the goods — then sells without a chain of middlemen.

That covers three stock families: wholesale nondurable consumer goods, wholesale auto parts and supplies, and retail home furnishings, plus a direct retail desk for mixed household orders. Because the inventory is on our floors, a workshop can lock a parts list at a stated price, and a household can ask for a lamp, a set of linens, and a carton of household consumables in the same call.

We do not run a showroom chain or a marketplace storefront. The work is warehouse-first: guaranteed presence of auto components, interior décor, and everyday non-food lines, personal assembly of orders of any mix, and door delivery for private buyers who want the piece at home rather than on a pallet.

Four commercial lines

What leaves the pick aisle

Each line is a real SKU family on the floor, not a brochure category. A single pick list can mix them when the buyer needs that.

01

Wholesale nondurable goods

Everyday non-food items for shops and corporate pantries: household chemicals, packaging, hygiene, and related SKUs held in carton and pallet quantities. Lists are filled from Dnipro stock rather than from a broker who has to source each line after the order arrives.

02

Wholesale auto parts and supplies

Components and workshop supplies for service networks and independent garages. Filters, fasteners, wear parts, and related lines stay on the racks so a bay does not wait on a distant depot. Prices are written against the stock we actually hold.

03

Retail home furnishings

Exclusive interior objects and home pieces sold from the same address. This is not a clearance of leftover warehouse cartons; it is a retail assortment for rooms — lamps, textiles, tableware, and décor chosen to sit in a living space, not only on a pallet.

04

Direct retail sales

Households and small offices order mixed baskets — a furnishing piece with consumables, or a small parts kit with a household refill — packed to the door. The desk takes the brief, the aisle picks it, and the carton leaves Hoholia Street without a third-party storefront.

Three rooms, one address

Where the stock actually sits

Walk the floor and the mix is visible: a parts bay, a consumables run, and a furnishing corner used as a quiet showroom for private buyers.

Personal assembly

How a mixed order leaves the floor

Wholesale pallets and household cartons share the same pick path. Complexity is the mix, not a separate warehouse.

  1. 1

    Brief

Send SKUs, quantities, and whether the load is a trade pallet or a door address. Workshops attach a vehicle or bay note; households name the room the piece is for.

  2. 2

    Pick

Staff walk the three rooms on Hoholia Street and pull from stock that is already on the racks. Missing lines are flagged before packing, not after the van leaves.

  3. 3

    Pack

Personal assembly on the packing table: mixed cartons, protective wrap for furnishings, and a written contents list. Any mix is fair — parts beside linens, if that is the order.

  4. 4

    Dispatch

Collection from the warehouse, or door delivery for private buyers. Trade partners receive the pallet at the agreed point; households receive the carton at the given address.

Questions we get on the first call

Can a workshop and a household order from the same stock?

Yes. The holding is built for both doors. A garage can pull wholesale auto parts; a private buyer can take a lamp from the furnishing room. If one brief mixes both, we pack it as one assembly.

What sits on the wholesale nondurable list?

Everyday non-food goods: household chemicals, packaging, hygiene, and related carton lines for shops and corporate pantries. We do not sell food. Exact SKUs are confirmed against current floor stock when you send the list.

Do you ship outside Dnipro?

Private orders go to the door. Trade loads leave 15 vul. Hoholia for workshops and shops that buy from us. Name the destination in the brief and we will say how the carton or pallet will travel.

How are prices set?

Against stock we hold, at a written net figure — not a floating marketplace rate. Factory-direct buying is the point of the model: no extra hop through a trading middleman on the lines we keep.
